Fans fuel the paint job! Williams unveils word powered livery with Gulf and Atlassian

 



Williams Racing in partnership with Gulf Oil and Atlassian with contributions from fans worldwide. Have announced a special livery design titled “Driven by Words,” featuring fan submitted messages integrated into the car’s visual identity. The livery celebrates creativity, passion and storytelling from the Williams community.


Honouring fan voices and showcase the power of community driven design.

The initiative reflects Williams’ commitment to engagement, innovation and legacy, while highlighting its partnerships with Gulf as well as Atlassian in a visibly striking way.


Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz will bring the “Driven by Words” livery to the track at this weekend’s F1 Sao Paulo Grand Prix.

Mike Jones, CEO of Gulf Oil International, said: “This livery is created by them and their passion for the Gulf brand. ‘Driven by Words’ marks another moment in Gulf’s exceptional racing history and we are thrilled to see this unique livery come to life on track in Brazil.”

Together, the two brands have brought fans closer to the sport they love whether that’s through the “Bolder than Bold” livery chosen in a worldwide fan vote in 2023, behind the scenes social media content or the F1 demonstration run with Albon at the Anhembi Sambadrome in Sao Paulo in 2024.
