Melbourne goes full throttle! F1 Exhibition roars into Asia-Pacific spotlight

Formula One (F1) in collaboration with Round Room Live, Sony Music Australia and TEG have announced that the F1 Exhibition, an immersive, multi-gallery experience showcasing F1’s history through interactive installations plus rare artefacts. Opens at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on the 29th of November marking its debut in the Asia-Pacific region.


Celebrating Australia’s rich motorsport heritage, including legends like Jack Brabham, Alan Jones, Mark Webber and Oscar Piastri.

Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer at Formula One, said: “Every time Formula One comes to Melbourne we feel the passion for the sport throughout this amazing city, so it’s only fitting for it to be the destination for the first F1 Exhibition in Asia-Pacific.”

Offering fans a cinematic journey through 75 years of F1 innovation and drama.


Known for its headline sporting events, food, music and fashion, Melbourne is widely considered to be one of the cultural capitals of the world, since 1996, the city has been a hub for F1.

The Australian Grand Prix remains one of the highlights of the season and with a long-term agreement in place, F1 will continue to race at Albert Park for years to come.


F1 Exhibition will pay homage to Australia’s rich motorsport heritage with the show celebrating former world champions Jack Brabham and Alan Jones, past winners in addition to fan favourites Mark Webber plus Daniel Ricciardo, current World Championship title contender Oscar Piastri.

Other highlights include F1 cars from different eras, interactive installations that showcase the technology behind F1 and a dedicated room that pays to homage to Australia’s rich racing history as well as legendary drivers.
