Alpine sets sail for flavour! MSC Cruises serves gourmet track side at Monza

MSC Cruises and BWT Alpine Formula One (F1) Team announced today (8th of September) that it brought its authentic gastronomic experiences to Alpine’s hospitality offering showcasing curates dishes as well as culinary flair during the Grand prix weekend. Celebrating MSC Cruises’ partnership with Alpine and enhancing the team’s guest experience by blending luxury travel with F1 prestige, especially at a key home race for both brands.



As a premium partner of Alpine, MSC cruises curated an exclusive menu for the team’s drivers, pit crew, engineers and VIP guests over the race weekend.

Stephane Franchini, Senior Director of Food and Beverage at MSC Cruises, said: “This was a new and unique opportunity to showcase the creativity and skill of our chefs, bringing the same authentic gastronomic experience that our guests enjoy onboard.”

Guests enjoyed signature dished from MSC Cruises’ speciality restaurants, including Eataly, Kaito Sushi and Teppanyaki among many others.


The bespoke menu was curated by some of MSC Cruises’ top culinary masters: Award-winning Italian Chef Luca Cesarini, celebrated Asian cuisine specialist Chef Xiao Wang and Michelin-experienced Chef Pasquale Puziello.

MSC Cruises corporate chef, Luca Cesarini, said: “It was a privilege to be in the middle of the action and serve a menu that helped fuel the BWT Alpine Formula One drivers ahead of their thrilling race.”

Together they hold decades of international experience at world renowned restaurants and luxury hotels, reflecting the global nature of MSC Cruises’ culinary offering.
